Week 29: Lawmen, Outlaws and Indians
Homeschooling moms must fill up their knowledge bank in order to give the best to their kids. The more mom knows, the better she can teach. Research these topics and share the general idea with younger kids. For older kids, you might invite them to pick a topic to research.

1. Ride a horse
2. Set up a Wild West Saloon with root beer for drinks. Listen to a ragtime song. Talk about the outlaws and how they are stealing cattle. Decide what you would do.
3. Discuss right and wrong. Compare the outlaws to the homesteaders. How is working together necessary for survival. Show how the outlaws and rustlers were destructive to other people.
4. Make a cake showing a bear hunt
